The Lambton Active Leader Award (LALA) is awarded to pupils who follow a programme of sport leadership and are deemed able to perform as young leaders. LALAs are not awarded to every child who is, for example, a member of the SSOC or Lambton Gym. Pupils must show competence, patience, empathy, leadership, commitment, and organizational skills to be awarded a LALA.
